Job summary

Brightview Senior Living seeks an Assisted Living Director to lead a team of MedTechs and Resident Assistants in delivering high-quality ADL services. You will oversee staffing, assessments, and care planning within a vibrant 24/7 senior living community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a health care, social science, or business discipline and a minimum of three years’ experience in healthcare, senior living, or a similar service environment; degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a 24 x 7 environment.
• Ability to lead, direct, and motivate others to innovate and excel.
• Strong communication skills in English with diverse residents, families and staff.
• Able to read care notes and directives; proficient with basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Select, coach and supervise MedTechs and Resident Assistants delivering ADL services.
• Develop and adjust staffing schedules to meet service standards and budgets.
• Participate in resident assessments, contribute to the Resident Services Plan, and attend family meetings.
• Lead onboarding and monthly trainings; contribute to a positive Brightview community.
