Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Dietary Lead Supervisor to oversee daily food production and service in a long-term care setting. You will direct kitchen operations, ensure meals follow approved menus, and maintain high sanitation standards while leading a team of dietary staff.

Responsibilities include monitoring temperatures, assisting with purchasing and inventory, and supporting the Director with staff scheduling and resident meal preferences. A caring attitude and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with food preparation and following menus.
• Certified Food Protection Manager certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or directs preparation of food served in the Center.
• Follows recipes, menus, and production sheets to ensure a quality product.
• Monitors and records food temperatures throughout the food preparation process.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment and follows cleaning schedules.
• Assists Director with purchasing, storage, or inventory as directed.
• Assists Director with dietary staff work schedules and interviews with residents for food preferences.
