Job summary

Collier Park is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead all dining operations within a senior living community in Beaumont, TX. You will supervise dietary staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgeted food service quality and service levels.

The role requires strong leadership in a health-care setting, knowledge of recipes and dietary standards, and the ability to coordinate with culinary and care teams. A commitment to resident-centered service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; specialized training in food service preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Continued education in food service, including RD, CDM, or culinary degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dietary department operations and supervise dietary staff.
• Purchase foods and supplies; manage inventories and storage.
• Prepare meals per planned menus and follow standard recipes; ensure portion control and safety.
• Schedule hours and assign duties; monitor quality and sanitation standards.
• Participate in events planning and training; assist in weekend MOD duties.
