• Oversee dining across five senior living communities, focusing on hospitality and resident experience.
• Lead, coach and develop Directors of Dining Services and Executive Chefs.
• Manage budgets, staff, scheduling, food costs, and inventory.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with dietitians, care teams and regional leadership on program improvements.
• Deliver consistent service and track progress with actionable plans.
