Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to perform a range of dining service tasks, ensure food is prepared to recipes and served at proper temperatures, and assist with event setups for residents and staff. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and adherence to HACCP procedures.

The position involves daily cleaning duties, record-keeping of temperatures and waste, and compliance with infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous dining service experience preferred.
• Able to read, understand, and follow recipes, diet orders, and resident preference cards.
• Willing to perform routine, repetitive tasks with interruptions.
• Willing to receive a Hepatitis A vaccine if working in St. Louis County per health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs defined work routines using dining service utensils, supplies and equipment.
• Assists with dining service setup in dining rooms and at catered events, prepares beverages, salads, desserts and other items per recipes and proper temperatures.
• Assists with dining room setup, setting tables, stocking buffets, and serving residents.
