Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our senior residents in the community restaurant. You will provide friendly, professional service during meals and events, ensuring dietary needs are met and residents feel welcome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• Experience in serving, hospitality, or customer service is desirable.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is helpful.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet residents' dietary requirements and preferences.
• Prepare the dining room before meals and reset tables after service.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and Cogir standards.
