Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Server for our community restaurant to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our senior residents. You will provide friendly, professional, and efficient service, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met while fostering a welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Card a plus.
• 6–12 months in serving, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly to create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and portion sizes as requested.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area before, during, and after service.
• Assist with table setups, resets, and clearing after meals.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
