Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Bellevue, WA seeks a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our senior residents. You will greet residents, take orders, and serve meals while ensuring dietary needs and requests are met with professionalism and care.

You will support meal service, maintain a clean dining room, and collaborate with the Culinary Director and kitchen staff to ensure a warm, friendly atmosphere for residents and guests during meals and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months of serving, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, and a professional, friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly to create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take orders accurately and deliver meals promptly while accommodating dietary needs and preferences.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements, portion sizes, and special requests.
• Serve food and beverages with a smile to provide an enjoyable dining experience.
• Set tables with linens, utensils, and glassware before service and clear/reset after meals.
• Communicate resident feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines and Cogir senior living standards.
