Responsibilities

• Support mission and promote company culture.
• Take resident and guest food and drink orders accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Write orders on slips and ensure correct details.
• Engage with residents in a friendly manner and know the menu to make suggestions.
• Monitor tables and ensure satisfaction, addressing any issues.
• Perform end-of-shift duties in dining and kitchen and assist kitchen staff when needed.
• Attend required trainings and stay up-to-date through LMS.
• Other duties as assigned to support residents' comfort and happiness.
