Job summary

CIEL LOWRY LLC is seeking a server to work in the dining room, taking resident orders and performing dining room closing duties. The role supports the community’s mission to provide an elevated lifestyle with comfort, connection, and joy for residents.

The server will need experience in customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of meals.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well with cooks and other staff.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Ability to deliver orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from residents and guests accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Write resident or guest food orders on order slips.
• Engage with residents in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Perform end of shift duties in dining and kitchen.
• Assist food preparation staff when necessary.
• Attend training courses and maintain up-to-date training through LMS.
• Other duties as assigned to support community care.
