Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks a Server for our community restaurant to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our senior residents. You will greet residents, take orders, serve meals, and ensure dietary needs and preferences are met with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• A Food Handler Card with understanding of kitchen sanitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet residents' dietary requirements and preferences, including portion sizes and special requests.
• Maintain a smooth, enjoyable dining experience with a friendly service approach.
• Prepare dining room before meals and reset tables for the next service.
• Clear tables after meals and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate resident feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and Cogir standards.
