Cogir Senior Living is seeking a courteous Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our senior residents in the community restaurant. You will play a key role in delivering meals, accommodating dietary needs, and creating a welcoming dining environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• 6–12 months serving/hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality desirable.

Aufgaben

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet residents' dietary requirements and preferences.
• Serve meals with a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Set tables with linens, utensils, and glassware before meals.
• Clear tables promptly after meals and maintain cleanliness.
• Reset tables for the next service.
• Convey resident feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Comply with local health regulations and Cogir senior living standards.
