Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Server for our community restaurant to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure meals meet dietary needs while maintaining a welcoming environment. This role offers flexible scheduling within a supportive team and growth opportunities.

Experience in serving or hospitality, especially in senior living or healthcare settings, is valued. A Food Handler Card is a plus, and high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 6–12 months of experience in serving, hospitality or customer service.
• Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet residents' dietary requirements and preferences and serve with a smile.
• Prepare the dining room before meals and reset tables for the next service.
• Notify Culinary Director of resident feedback and requests and ensure food safety compliance.
