Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a part-time Dining Server at our Weymouth, MA community to provide excellent dining service to Residents and guests. You will take orders, serve meals, and help with beverag e/service while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

You will work with a caring team, learn residents’ names, dietary needs, and contribute to a safe, clean, and compliant dining environment. The role includes supporting special events and attending in-service trainings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality or full service senior living
• Demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities
• Good judgment and decision making skills

Responsibilities

• Take dining orders from Residents and guests
• Ensure dining room is set up and stocked for service
• Assist with food and beverage preparation and service
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in dining areas
• Assist with events and training sessions
