Job summary

Monarch Communities and Brandywine Senior Living are seeking friendly Dining Servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences for Residents and guests. You will take meal orders, serve meals, and assist with special requests in a warm, resident-focused team.

These are part-time and per diem positions with flexible weekend daytime hours. Training is provided, and benefits include PTO, flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, EAP, and free parking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or GED accepted.
• Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Take residents’ dining orders in a friendly and attentive disposition.
• Learn and retain residents’ names, special requests, and dietary restrictions.
• Set up dining room and ensure service items are readily available.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and safe food handling.
• Assist with preparation of beverages, snacks, and desserts.
• Support residents with special dining requests and attendance documentation.
