Job summary

Monarch Communities Brandywine Senior Living is seeking a part-time Dining Server to provide excellent customer service and create a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests. Duties include taking orders, serving meals, and assisting with beverages, while ensuring accuracy in attendance and dietary needs.

The role offers hourly pay between $16.00 and $17.00 and requires at least one year of fine dining or senior-living experience, with a flexible, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred/GED accepted.
• Minimum of one year in fine dining hospitality or senior living.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrates good judgment and problem solving.
• Experience working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Take dining orders in a friendly, attentive manner.
• Learn residents' names and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure dining room is set up and stocked for service.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing dining areas and stations.
• Prepare beverages, snacks, and desserts for service.
• Assist residents with special dining requests.
• Ensure all residents are accounted for during meals and document attendance.
• Assist with special events and trainings.
• Follow all regulations and community policies.
