Job summary

Monarch Communities Senior Living in Moorestown, NJ is seeking friendly Dining Servers to ensure an exceptional dining experience for Residents and guests. Take orders, serve meals, and assist with special requests across varied full- and part-time schedules.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, noting dietary needs, maintaining a clean dining area, assisting with beverages and snacks, and documenting attendance while complying with all regulations and community policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED accepted.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Take residents' dining orders with friendly, attentive service.
• Learn residents' names, requests, and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure dining room is set up and stocked for service.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and organization of dining areas.
• Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, desserts, and salads as needed.
• Assist residents with special dining requests.
• Document attendance and ensure all residents are accounted for during meals.
• Support with special events and participate in training.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations and community policies.
