Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking Dining Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests in a senior living environment. Positions available on both full-time and part-time schedules, with hourly compensation of $15.92.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, and assisting with setup and cleanup while ensuring dietary needs are respected and residents are treated with care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or GED accepted.
• Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality or senior living.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Take residents’ dining orders in a friendly and attentive disposition.
• Learn and retain residents’ names, special requests, and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure dining room is set up with all items needed for service (silverware, napkins, menus, etc.).
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the dining room, menus, kitchen, and serving stations.
• Assist with preparation of beverages, snacks, desserts, salads, and condiments for service.
• Assist residents with special dining requests and ensure attendance is documented.
