Job summary

Monarch Communities Senior Living is seeking friendly Dining Servers to deliver excellent service to Residents and guests. You will take meal orders, serve meals, assist with dining room setup, and support a pleasant dining experience in a part-time role. Flexible part-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining hospitality or full-service senior living.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Experience working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Take dining orders with friendliness and attentiveness.
• Remember residents’ names, requests, and dietary restrictions.
• Prepare dining room, ensure utensils, menus, and condiments are ready.
• Clean and sanitize dining areas and stations.
• Follow safe food handling procedures.
• Help prepare beverages, snacks, and salads.
• Accommodate special dining requests.
• Track resident attendance during meals and document it.
• Help with special dining events.
• Attend in-service trainings as scheduled.
• Adhere to regulations and community policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
