Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a friendly Server for our community restaurant in Vacaville, CA. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences to our senior residents with professional, attentive service during meals and events.

Greet residents, take orders, and ensure dietary needs are met while maintaining a welcoming dining room. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and opportunities for growth are offered as part of a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of serving, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet residents' dietary requirements and preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional service with a smile.
• Prepare dining room before meals by setting tables with linens and glassware.
• Clear and reset tables after meals, maintaining cleanliness.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and Cogir standards.
