Cogir Senior Living, a trusted senior housing provider, seeks an attentive Server to enhance dining experiences for our residents at our California location. You will greet residents, take orders, and deliver meals while honoring dietary needs and preferences.

The role offers a supportive work environment, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth. You will collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a warm, resident-centered dining

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• Experience in serving, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences, including portions.
• Serve with a smile and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Set tables before meals and reset after each service.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
