Cogir Senior Living in Roseburg, Oregon, is seeking a friendly Server to deliver outstanding dining experiences for our senior residents. You will provide professional service during meals and events, meeting dietary needs and creating a warm, inclusive dining environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card a plus.
• 6–12 months serving/hospitality/customer service experience is a plus.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and portion specs.
• Serve with a smile to ensure a welcoming dining experience.
• Set tables before meals and clear and reset after service.
• Communicate resident feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety guidelines and Cogir standards.
