Amira Choice of Plymouth is seeking a Server/Culinary Assistant to provide dining room meal service to residents and maintain kitchenettes. The role includes casual/on-call shifts with day and early-evening hours and requires working every other weekend and holiday rotation in Plymouth, MN.

The ideal candidate will have less than 1 year of experience, with a High School Diploma preferred and potential for 1 year of experience. Benefits are available through Ebenezer.

Responsabilidades

• Serves meals and ensures that the dining area is clean and inviting.
• Follows meal serving schedule and procedures.
• Offers resident meal choices and meets resident’s specific dietary needs.
• Uses proper safety and sanitation techniques.
• Follows dining room cleaning schedule and procedures.
• Follow proper procedures for dining room set-up.
• Follows proper work flow to stay on task.
• Learns and becomes proficient with EMenu System and restaurant style service.
• Ensures all dishes (including flatware, drinkware, etc.) are washed, sanitized, and put away before end of shift.
• Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction: Welcomes residents and initiates conversation.
• Accommodates resident requests such as requests for food substitution, change in seating, etc.
• Listens to any complaints and responds appropriately. Refers issues to Executive Director and Culinary Director as appropriate.
