Job summary

Eventide The Linden Senior Living Apartments in Moorhead, MN invites applications for a Culinary Assistant / Server SL to join our Nutrition and Culinary Services team. This full-time role covers a 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM shift with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

You'll provide meal service to residents under sanitary conditions, coordinating with the team to ensure timely, respectful service. Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Offers and serves menu choices to residents in a cheerful and respectful manner.
Thoroughly cleans and sanitizes all dishes, tables, equipment, utensils, and containers used to provide meals as well as other assigned cleaning duties.
Operates equipment in a proper, safe, sanitary, and respectful manner.
Prepares various menu items as assigned by the Nutrition and Culinary Director (Coordinator) and/or Culinary Cook.
Monitors daily menu items in order to verify that all necessary items are prepared and labeled.
Stores leftovers appropriately according to food handling standards.
Organizes and plans work schedule to meet times for serving.
Operates dish machine according to directions. Pre-soaks and sorts dishes and utensils.
Assists in accepting vendor deliveries and storing items in the proper areas.
