Ebenezer Meadow Woods Assisted Living in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Server/Culinary Assistant to provide dining room meal service to residents and maintain kitchenettes for our Assisted Living Community. This nutrition services role offers a casual on-call schedule with day/evening shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities include serving meals, ensuring a clean dining area, meeting dietary needs, following safety protocols, and learning the EMenu system.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year experience
• High School Diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Serves meals and ensures dining area is clean and inviting.
• Follows meal serving schedule and procedures.
• Offers resident meal choices and meets dietary needs.
• Uses proper safety and sanitation techniques.
• Follows dining room cleaning schedule and procedures.
• Follows proper dining room setup procedures.
• Learns and becomes proficient with EMenu System and restaurant style service.
• Ensures dishes and utensils are washed, sanitized, and stored after shift.
• Promotes positive resident relations and satisfaction; welcomes residents and assists with substitutions and seating requests.
• Listens to complaints and refers issues to the Executive Director and Culinary Director as appropriate.
