Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a Server/Culinary Assistant in Forest Lake, MN to provide dining room meal service for senior residents and support kitchenettes with supplies. This role involves casual shifts every two weeks, daytime/evening coverage, and one weekend per month, with emphasis on resident satisfaction and meal customization.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean dining area, following procedures, and using the EMenu System.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year experience in dining/food service.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with seniors.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety/sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals and keeps the dining area clean and inviting.
• Follows meal serving schedule and procedures.
• Offers resident meal choices and respects dietary needs.
• Uses proper safety and sanitation techniques in all tasks.
• Keeps dining room orderly and assists with setup.
• Learns and becomes proficient with the EMenu System and service flow.
• Ensures dishes and utensils are washed, sanitized, and stored after each shift.
• Promotes positive resident relations and addresses requests or concerns appropriately.
