Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a Server/Culinary Assistant for Amira Choice of Roseville on Cleveland in Roseville, MN. The role involves dining room meal service for senior residents and maintaining kitchenettes in an Assisted Living community.

Shifts are casual/on-call with day and evening options. Candidates will serve meals, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and learn the EMenu System to support restaurant-style service.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and keep the dining area clean and inviting.
• Follow meal serving schedule and procedures.
• Offer resident meal choices and accommodate dietary needs.
• Use proper safety and sanitation techniques.
• Follow dining room cleaning schedule and procedures.
• Set up the dining room properly.
• Work efficiently to stay on task.
• Learn and become proficient with the EMenu System and restaurant service style.
• Wash, sanitize, and put away all dishes and utensils at shift end.
• Promote positive resident relations and satisfaction by welcoming residents and engaging with them.
