Stellar Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor for a large senior living community in Idaho Falls. The role leads the dining team to deliver premier service to residents, ensuring foods and beverages meet preferences while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment.

The position emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and excellent English communication to coordinate with staff and serve residents efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Takes resident meal orders and serves meals with excellent service.
• Keeps the dining room and kitchen stocked and prepared to serve residents.
• Assists with setup and cleaning of kitchen and dining room before/after meals.
• Delivers trays to rooms for residents requesting room service.
• May perform kitchen helper and dishwasher duties as needed.
• Assists in seating residents.
• Supervises servers and communicates assignments clearly to staff.
• Reads, writes, and speaks English sufficiently to fulfill job requirements.
