Job summary

Stellar Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead our dining team and ensure residents receive preferred meals and beverages. The role emphasizes professional service, cleanliness, and accurate room service when requested, supporting both dining room and kitchen operations.

The successful candidate will supervise servers, coordinate meal delivery, assist with set-up and closing duties, and maintain a welcoming dining environment for our senior residents with attention to quality

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team environment and flexible shifts.
• Strong English communication to take orders and respond.
• Compassion for seniors and willingness to receive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Takes resident meal orders and serves meals with good service.
• Keeps dining and kitchen areas stocked and prepared.
• Assists with setup and cleaning before/after meals.
• Delivers trays to rooms for residents requesting room service.
• May perform kitchen helper and dishwasher duties as needed.
• Assists in seating residents and supervises servers.
• Communicates assignments clearly to staff.
• Reads, writes, and speaks English to fulfill job requirements.
