Stellar Senior Living in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead our dining team in a large senior living community. You will hire and train servers, ensure proper shift coverage, and oversee service flow from kitchen to table, ensuring residents receive preferred meals and beverages.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Permit.
• Ability to work in a team environment; strong communication in English.
• Enjoy working with the elderly and provide compassionate service.
• Demonstrate responsible, professional conduct at all times.

Responsabilités

• Host the front of the house and seat residents per floor plan.
• Take resident meal orders and serve with exceptional service.
• Ensure dining room and kitchen are stocked and prepared for service.
• Assist with kitchen and dining room setup and cleanup.
• Deliver room service promptly to residents.
• May perform kitchen helper or dishwasher duties as needed.
• Communicate assignments clearly for tasks and morning setup.
• Read, write, and speak English to fulfill job requirements.
