Qualifications

• Food Handler Card/Serve Safe or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all front-of-house dining staff.
• Ensure resident satisfaction with dining experiences.
• Provide training for dining room staff.
• Prepare weekly schedules and manage budgets.
• Organize special dining events and holiday meals.
• Maintain inventory of dining room supplies.
