LCB Senior Living’s Residence at Shelburne Bay in Shelburne, VT is hiring a Dining Room Manager to oversee dining service, staff scheduling, and resident dining experience. This full-time role includes mornings and evenings with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule and a wage of $24–$27 hourly, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; ServSafe certificate preferred.
• Experience: minimum three years in food service with at least one year supervisory.
• Knowledge, skills & abilities: ability to communicate professionally and supervise dining service.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living to residents and staff.
• Oversee dining room service, manage staffing, and maintain service standards.
• Schedule associates, plan events, and coordinate with the Culinary Services Director.
• Ensure dining room readiness, inventory, and adherence to uniform policy.
