Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; two years of college preferred.
• RAMP certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Some supervisory experience is a plus.
• Some bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dining room is clean, neat, organized, and stocked.
• Greet and seat residents in a courteous manner.
• Greet tables in a warm, inviting way and take orders via tablet to kitchen.
• Maintain bar readiness for dinner service at 4:00 PM.
• Perform light bartending duties during dinner service.
• Communicate with residents and staff about food and service satisfaction.
• Assist Owl's Nest Server when needed or during staffing challenges.
• Close restaurant, prep for the next day, and verify tasks are complete.
