Job summary

Moravian Manor Communities in Lititz, PA is seeking part-time Servers for the Owl's Nest Restaurant on our Warwick Woodlands campus. Shifts include 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, with hours varying. This position offers a competitive hourly wage with no tips.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, taking and delivering orders, serving drinks, verifying IDs, and clearing tables. Vaccination for influenza is required unless exempt.

Qualifications

• One year prior serving/customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work every other holiday.
• Must have the language ability to meet resident and guest needs and complete required paperwork.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greeting residents and customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Accurately and quickly takes, enters, prepares, and delivers resident and customer orders according to standards.
• Dispenses appropriate levels of alcohol and prepares drinks if eligible per state guidelines.
• Monitors identification and liquor laws to ensure compliance.
• Responsible for disposal of garbage, picking up trays, re-stocking barware, and clearing/wiping tables and counters.
• Completes all required side work and supports teammates to meet needs.
