Job summary

Bethesda Senior Living Communities in Springfield, MO, seeks a friendly AM Dietary Server (Host/Hostess) to oversee meal service for residents, families and guests. You will ensure timely, professional presentation and coordinate with Culinary Services and Health Services staff.

Responsibilities include assigning sections, maintaining dining areas, taking orders with excellent service, and supporting a positive, nurturing dining experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with food production, service, sanitation and safety.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meal service for residents, families and guests.
• Coordinate daily coverage with Health Services staff.
• Train Health Services staff and ensure policy adherence.
• Attend staff meetings as required by leadership.
• Ensure dining room is clean and set for service.
• Manage guest reservations and private dining room when needed.
• Protect residents' confidentiality and support rights.
