Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a friendly Server to provide meals and beverages to residents in our dining rooms. You will report to the Dining Services Director to ensure meals are served promptly, safely, and with presentation that meets our standards.

Responsibilities include taking orders, setting up for meals, assisting residents with selections, maintaining clean dining areas, and coordinating with kitchen staff to fulfill requests while following infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous dining room and server experience.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents and staff.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and health guidelines pertaining to food service operations.

Responsabilités

• Takes food and beverage orders from residents and serves meals on a timely basis that are both presentable and appetizing in appearance.
• Sets up dining room for the next scheduled meal.
• Assists residents with meal selections or have specific needs and follows instruction from supervisor.
• Keeps dining areas clean, organized, and safe, and coordinates with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Follows safety regulations and infection control procedures at all times.
