Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of food service management experience at a director/general manager level, ideally in healthcare.
• Willingness to obtain CDM certification within one year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining operations and staff (approx. 30 hourly staff).
• Deliver high-quality food service and dining experience for residents.
• Achieve client financial targets for fee account.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Create strategic plans for operations.
• Ensure Sodexo Standards are met.
