Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus and shows understanding of kitchen sanitation and food codes.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet residents' dietary requirements and preferences, including portions and special requests.
• Serve meals with a smile to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all residents.
• Set tables with linens, utensils, and glassware before each service.
• Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Reset tables for subsequent meals.
• Relay resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and Cogir standards.
• Comply with local health department regulations.
