Broadway Mesa Village A Senior Living Community in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead our dining operation with a focus on scratch cooking, hospitality, and resident satisfaction. Qualifications

• Five or more years of culinary leadership or foodservice management experience.
• Senior Living experience not required; willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or GED required; culinary degree or professional certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all dining operations including menu planning, food production, purchasing, inventory, budgeting, and compliance.
• Serve as lead chef up to three days per week while maintaining high standards for quality, flavor, and presentation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing dining team.
• Partner with health services and leadership to tailor resident dining experiences and respond to changing needs.
