Job summary

SRIM Management seeks a dedicated dining services associate to prepare and serve meals for residents, families and visitors in Artful Dining. You will follow standardized recipes, ensure proper portioning, and uphold dietician guidelines while maintaining a dignified, caring atmosphere.

You will supervise culinary assistants, enforce sanitation and safety, respond to requests promptly, and collaborate with management to improve menus and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions and recipes.
• Experience in food service and kitchen operations preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a care-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food according to established menus and recipes.
• Ensure proper portioning and serving of meals.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and cleaning schedules in the kitchen.
• Assist with menu or recipe suggestions in line with dietician guidelines.
• Supervise culinary assistants and coordinate kitchen operations.
• Respond promptly to residents', families', and visitors' requests for assistance.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and protect residents' privacy.
