Job summary

Ecumen Pathstone is hiring a Dining Assistant in Mankato, MN to assist with food preparation, serving, and cleanup while maintaining a clean, sanitary work area. The role follows facility policies and delivers high levels of service to residents and guests.

The position offers full-time schedule with shifts 6:30am-3:00pm, about 60 hours bi-weekly, and rotating weekends/holidays. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary service to residents, families and guests.
• Serves meals to residents per diet order and temperature requirements.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, safe and organized work area.
• Performs opening and closing duties and routine cleaning.
• Notifies supervisor of health changes in residents as needed.
• Responds to resident requests and concerns promptly.
• Supports team members and participates in special functions as directed.
• Demonstrates respect for facility property and supplies.
