Job summary

Ecumen Pathstone in Mankato, MN is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to maintain clean, sanitary, orderly, and attractive living environments for residents and a safe workspace for staff. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7am–2pm, with 65 hours bi-weekly.

The position offers pay from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending and an HSA, life and disability insurance, PTO, and a 6% 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with community policies and department standards.
• Sweeps, vacuums, dusts, washes, waxes, scours and sanitizes areas as assigned. Moves furniture and equipment to clean behind or under as necessary.
• Maintains all assigned areas in a safe manner. Reports any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor or member of the leadership team.
• Follows all regulatory compliance standards.
• Maintains equipment and supply levels as needed. Reports supply/equipment needs to supervisor.
• Assists with any resident need, as applicable.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
