Job summary

Ecumen Sartell Care Center in Sartell, MN is seeking a Part Time Dining Assistant. 21 hours over 2 weeks, 4:00pm-7:00pm, with every other weekend rotation, to support dining services for residents.

You will assist with food preparation, serving and cleanup, maintain a clean work area, follow facility policies, and ensure meals are served at proper temperatures while providing friendly, responsive service to residents and guests.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary service to residents, families and guests with a welcoming, friendly demeanor.
• Serves meals to residents per diet order and portion size at proper temperatures.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary and organized work area; labels and rotates stock.
• Completes opening/closing duties and daily/weekly cleaning tasks.
• Notifies supervisor of changes in residents’ health; responds to requests promptly.
• Collaborates with team to support a busy community environment.
