Job summary

Ecumen is seeking a Part-Time Lead Dining Assistant in Minnesota to join a compassionate dining team. The role involves assisting with food prep, serving, and cleanup while directing staff in the Leadership Team's absence.

The position requires ensuring safety and exceptional service to residents and guests. The pay range is $17.50-$20.50 per hour, with benefits including PTO and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to follow all safety rules and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to residents, families and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area with labeled, rotated products.
• Complete opening and closing duties and routine cleaning tasks.
• Notify supervisor of changes in residents' health.
• Supervise dining assistants in absence or in support of leadership.
• Respond to resident requests and promptly inform supervisor of concerns.
• Collaborate with team to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Supervise kitchen cleaning tasks and report equipment issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
