Job summary

You will partner with clients to meet goals, manage dietary needs and textures, and drive quality of life for residents while upholding Aramark standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in patient food service operations in a healthcare setting.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• Certified Dietary Manager highly preferred; ServSafe Manager certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily patient food service operations and tray line execution.
• Lead and support patient service staff to ensure timely, accurate meals.
• Conduct regular patient and departmental rounds to assess service quality.
• Oversee diet office operations and the Service Ambassador program for effective communication.
• Monitor and enforce safety and sanitation compliance.
• Supervise tray line operations and room service programs for quality and efficiency.
