Powerlink is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the foodservice operations within our healthcare facilities. You will oversee daily meals, safety, and quality assurance while guiding a team of cooks and nutrition staff.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in food and nutrition services, an associate degree, ServSafe certification, and strong English communication. Local to Yuma area, with flexible hours and opportunity for impact in senior living and acute care environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing the food and nutrition services department in acute care, long term care, or hospitality industry.
• ServSafe certification.
• English reading, speaking and writing at a professional level.
• Basic computer skills for records and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations of the foodservice department.
• Provide leadership, support and guidance to staff.
• Ensure food quality standards, food safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met.
• Oversee training, quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain records and complete reports as required.
