Job summary

Powerlink Healthcare Support Services is seeking a dynamic Dietary Manager to lead our foodservice operations for senior living and healthcare facilities in the United States. The role requires a solid track record in restaurant and senior living management, with emphasis on quality, safety, and customer service.

The Food Service Director will supervise daily operations, drive staff training and quality control, and ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and policies in healthcare

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years of experience managing the food and nutrition services department in acute care, long term care, or hospitality industry.
• Current ServSafe certification.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the foodservice department to meet quality and safety standards.
