Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Tyler, Texas is hiring a Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take food and drink orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and clear tables in a timely manner.

Sanitation certification preferred or obtainable within 30 days. Weekend and holiday rotation required; opportunities for full-time or part-time hours; shifts available days, evenings, or rotating.

Qualifications

• Sanitation certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Experience serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents' needs with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Solid work ethic, positive attitude, and good team player.
• Willingness to work weekends and holiday rotations.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders.
• Seat and assist residents when needed.
• Deliver meals to residents and remove dinnerware promptly.
• Assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation as needed.
