Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and clear tables promptly. May help with cleaning, dishes, and basic food prep.

We offer PTO, various medical/dental/vision plans, and an Employee Assistance Program. Shifts include days, evenings, or rotating, with full-time or part-time opportunities, in Wasilla, Alaska.

Qualifications

• Sanitation Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents as needed.
• Deliver meals and remove dinnerware in a timely manner.
• Assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to beresponsible forcreating an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents when needed, delivering meals, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. May also assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

What we're looking for:
