Job summary

A retirement community organization in Findlay, Ohio is seeking a Dietary Aide to enhance the dining experience for residents and guests. Responsibilities include taking orders, seating residents, delivering meals, and assisting with cleaning and food preparation. Ideal candidates must be Sanitation Certified or willing to obtain certification, have experience in a restaurant environment, and exhibit a solid work ethic and compassion towards residents. The role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN hours.

Qualifications

• Sanitation Certified or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests.
• Take food and drink orders, seat and assist residents when needed.
• Deliver meals and remove dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.
• May assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to beresponsible forcreating an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents when needed, delivering meals, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. May also assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.
